Got banned after a hour doing this on my main.

Got banned after running it for a 9 hour session. Got an 1 day ban. Not sure after how long. Took breaks after 1,5 hour/30 minute break.

Quiting means idgaf about the account nor runescape when I am done selling this account. What is the point of recovering it if I am not playing this game ever again? What is fixed mode? I am using the normal client with stealth injection, for stun alching. The problem is that it alchs too fast so it doesn't stun atm. It says using fixed client but no clue what that is eh.
