Will a graphics card help me run more bots on my CPU?
To everyone else who is saying that you don't need a GPU, having one will help for sure. It will allow the processor and the GPU to work in sync with each other but your CPU needs upgraded if you give me a budget I can suggest one.
- BETA v1.7.47

V.I.P SDN
I support this, great suggestion!

32 GB RAM botting computer. HELP!
What? Don't listen to that guy. Okay for CPU I would recommend the i7 4770k. PSU, go with a 700W 80+ Gold or Bronze standard PSU like the Corsair GS700. Thanks! Ok, isn't there other stuff I need for a computer too though? I accepted your Skype request, it says your offline? Yeah it says you're offline on my skype too. I'll just post it here. If you buy the CPU I suggested then you'll need the correct motherboard for the chip to fit it. The motherboard I like personally is the ASRock extreme 6 however you need to buy a network card if you want to have wireless internet. However the Asus Z87 Pro is a good motherboard that has everything including the wifi built in so you won't need to worry about purchasing another part. It will also let you install 32GB RAM if you still want that, however 16GB is more than enough for running bots unless you really want to run like 40 bots. Asus Z87 Pro- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131979 $200 ASRock Z87 extreme 6 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157371 $189.99 You'll also need a decent GPU as well, although Runescape does not utilise a GPU for it's graphics it will improve system performance if you like to indulge in any other games that do require a dedicated GPU. For this build we could use an inexpensive entry level card like the GTX 650 OC 2GB. GTX 650 OC- http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GeForce-PCI-Express-Graphics-GV-N650OC-2GI/dp/B00942TJXY $129.99 With the above setup you will churn out at least 20 bots. Need more? Okay well the 4770k is almost the same as the 4770 when it comes out the box. However the "k" in the 4770k means you can overclock it. Now I recommend overclocking it to around 4.0 Ghz. With that clock speed the Haswell processor/CPU drastically improves it's performance by using the Intel HyperThreading technology. In the words of Uncle Ben Parker "With great power, comes great responsibility" By this I mean you're going to need a better cooler than the one Intel supply with the 4770k. What CPU cooler should you use? Well for the best cooling possible (which will also allow you to overclock it further btw to push it to even 4.5Ghz) I would go with the Corsair Hydro H100i. It is a VERY good cooler and it is VERY quiet not to mention it won't weigh your motherboard down like some large CPU cooler fans so that's a plus as well. Corsair Hydro H100i- http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Series-Extreme-Performance-Liquid/dp/B009ZN2NH6 - $100 I hope this helps. This build is kind of expensive apart from the GPU I tried to save you a bit of money there but it is entirely up to you.

Thinking of buying a MacBook pro for botting? Read this!
I don't see how I'm showing off? I'm merely showing you what PC I COULD buy if I had $2000 to waste. This is by no means my PC, mines has taken me years to build and it still isn't finished. If the thread is stupid, why are you posting in it? This thread is for people who are thinking of buying a Macbook for botting purposes as there are people here that will. It is by no means an "unnecessary thread", it is here to educate people on what you need if you want to run a lot of bots at once. Sorry, I was a little confused by you constantly calling it your PC. And why would it take years to build? Have you no job? And I posted in this stupid thread to make sure you knew your thread was stupid. I have a job but unfortunately I'm not in the same boat as you, I have bills to pay and unfortunately they take priority over my builds. What's your problem man? I guess that makes you pretty stupid assuming I actually give a shit what your opinion is. You're wondering why I'm being a dick on your thread..... of you being a dick to people who buy Macs? Are you high? And you obviously do care or you wouldn't have replied to me so many times with such detail, with such insults.. I'm not being a dick to people who buy Macs. I'm being a dick to people who buy Macs for the purpose of BOTTING. If you had read the thread properly without getting all butthurt and defensive over your precious little Mac then you would have saved yourself from looking so stupid. Number 1 rule of forums: READ BEFORE YOU POST. And insults? I said I don't give a shit about your opinion, where is that insulting. It's a statement, letting you know I don't care what you say or think of this thread so you can stop replying to me now. You lost the argument when you said I was showing off so I'd take your leave now you won't gain much more from arguing with me.

What are your PC specs and how many bots can you run?
what kind of cooling you running m8? Oh forgot to put that in, I've only got the 3570k liquid cooled at the moment. But I have 4 Nanoxia Deep Silence 120mm fans, 2 intakes and 2 exhausts on my case. After running it for around 13 hours+ the case is still freezing to touch and that is on a carpet as well. CPU cooler is the Kuhler H2O 920.

New pc - help?
This is a very good build. Well done! Everything is compatible, the only thing I'd change is the CPU cooler, you can get better ones for less. Look at the Kuhler H2O 920 it's a really good liquid cooler!

Thinking of buying a MacBook pro for botting? Read this!
The point was not the comparison in terms of it being laptop vs desktop. It was expenditure and what you can get for it I was explaining. Rather than taking everything at face value (as everyone does with Apple products) you can see that for the same amount of money you're getting so much more in terms of performance. As for the monitor you can pick one of those up for less than $200 and it will always be bigger than a 15".

Official Progress Report Thread!
Btw mines This is only todays, I've been using DNAF for days now but I shut my PC down at a random time through the night.

I didn't say you can't run multiples on a macbook, what I was getting at was why pay all that for something that won't run half as many bots as this beast would. And I saw your PC you bought and it is pretty sweet.
