Yeah....I'm pretty sure staff picking the people to get verified would easily be able to tell who is farming feedback just by doing some simple research into the accounts giving the feedback lol. Whenever I do a trade, I check out that persons feedback and look at the players that they traded with, date traded and all their dates joined + last activity. Just NO ONE take the "I'm a old member" for something that means they are trustworthy.

50+ is good for right now because the size of the community. As it grows more feedback is required. For example other forums require 300+ feedback for verified middleman but that forum is a lot bigger.

If you open up a new fast food chain, you are going to be the small guy and every other company is going to just monster over you. This doesn't mean it's impossible. You have to offer a competitive edge as to why your service is better or your shop is better etc. There are far too many scam n quit idiots in the MMORPG marketplace. This new system will prevent this from happening. This will give those who deserve to have business, the business they rightfully own because they are trustworthy and legit. I've seen far too many bans already and I've only sold a few million GP. These idiots take up the buyers time for scamming, take people like myself's time by stealing buyers, and most of all without this system we enable them to continue on doing so. The only problem I see with this is, on what qualifications will someone be deemed "trusty". It better not be on post count or time on the forums.

...I've gone to a few threads that were soo prematurely closed. Someone would ask a question and then a mod replies with a vague answer and locks the thread for any further discussion. How is the community suppose to develop if we can't explain how we feel about things. Why can't he allow people to explain why they think it's important or why it's not. He didn't explain why it's not allowed right now either. It also shows mods talking down to the community. Obviously you take your monitoring of a small community so serious jokes aren't allowed. Example 3: Not showing names. After I got warning I told some people and their responses were pretty close to each other. I've heard a few times that staff selection is being done wrong. Where are the mod applications ? Are OSBot Admin's picking their friends? TL;DR Stop closing threads. Stop giving bullshit warnings. Stop giving positions to people that haven't earned it.
