You need to have 20 posts before you can post in the market section in order to buy/sell things. Please do not try and go around this rule.

If you had money, I would spend it on gear and get a combat stat to 99 Either that or 99 magic is always awesome.

The reason you can not post in the marketplace area is because you will need 20 posts in order to do so. This is for buying/selling currency, items etc. And you will then need 40 posts specifically in order to post in services. Goodluck.
