Do you mean record something and make it as a .gif? I think Camtasia has that feature.

If you got a combat level from the defense level, then that's a problem. If you didn't, then it won't make a real difference and you have a def level advantage :p

I don't think Jagex would reset your stats since many other pures accidentally got 2 defense and had to deal with it
