The account requires work to be done, otherwise nice zerker. QP 83, RFD not done but def is fully done so reaching bgloves it doesnt go over 45 def. -
If youre intrested i got an "zerker" account that has def quested BUT is not done RFD quest. But it can do bronze-barrows without gaining any DEF exp from 45. Also magic is 93(is splashed). Willing to provide full information and willing to do recovery check(manual since the email its registred is blocked from outlook due some spams). Also got legit screenshots since level 3. Its zerker combat 79, 60 att 77 str 45 def.

Sue your ISP because every ISP customer is allowed to ask an IP change. Thats law in every country in the world. I had same issue, i sued them and i got free internet for 5 years. RIP.
