100% should use power surge with G Maul at the center loc. So typically you will get that error when something you ticked doesn't match up. So I personally used to get that when I forgot to add coins to the coffer, or if I say to use something that isn't in my bank (prayer pots). I've found it easiest to ignore the total in the bottom right corner and calculate in my head (add up the amount of items you input, if it adds up to more than 28 something needs to be reduced).

Good point, I guess there are too many factors to come to a general consensus. A lot of the botting community has different speculations, but end of the day that's all we have is speculation.

In my experience mine went from 2 day to perm. But it all depends on what you were doing. Just know there is a higher possibility the next ban is quicker/perm.

I tried adding your disc name and it says it is invalid. My bot keeps leaving the dream after the first set of monsters spawn. Is this being fixed with the update that is pending?
