When trying to connect 2.4.4 with Mirror, all i get is black screen/osbot freezes. Had the same issue with 2.4.3. Everything worked with 2.4.2 though.

It is possible for malware to persist across a re-format and re-install, if it is sufficiently ingenious and sophisticated, however most malware doesn't do anything quite this nasty. I've done this thousands of times and always worked for me so i don't really see how this doesn't work.
-> Reinstall OS (With the option to keep the files) -> Once installed, move the needed files from windows.old folder to desktop or anywhere you'd like to. -> Do system cleanup(this will remove the windows.old folder and other random shit you don't need) -> Defragment -> Profit ??
