XD the account doesn't get limited within 1-2 hours since creation I have still some fake accounts and their not limited and they are half year old also it has to be canadan paypal no other countries they don't work Yeah very good method doesn't have to be scared about chargebacks with new users and stuff like that Also i haven't done anything with my ips still no problems paypal doesn't even care

When people ask how to avoid this there is easy way to get not chargebacked You must have 2 paypals Real one and fake Canadan one Why? You ask buyer/seller or whatever to send money to your fake Canadan paypal Then you send the money from fake Canadan paypal to your real one Problems solved now if the buyer/seller chargeback your fake canadan paypal goes negative but real one with CC not, so? just make new fake canadan in 5 secs You don't need to be verifed on canadan paypal to receive/send money I have got chargebacked on fake paypals many times but i have just send the money away before got chargebacked Like if this helped you! proof: ( AND THIS IS JUST SOME OF THEM HAVE MORE CHARGEBACKED PAYPALS... because got scammed

that's not true, cause you always have to pay and you get into more problems when you keep it negativ. Yes thats true i have got many times paypal balance negative because chargeback and nothing hapended don't say anything if you don't know what your talking about

When you sell stuff for paypal be sure to have fake paypal and real one send the money from fake paypal to the real one. If he chargebacks your fake paypal goes negative and nobody cares and yes to send with unverifed it has to be canadan paypal
