Found something very interesting here: https://github.com/JetBrains/jdk8u_hotspot/blob/master/src/share/vm/memory/cardTableModRefBS.cpp this may be used. check the #include
Think like this, as long as youre connected to their servers then they can do almost whatever they want and who knows what they are capable of. almost all bots gets buggy nowadays so maybe jagex know what they are doing. much like infringing someone's home.
yes thats true. i also noticed when mining iron ore for example and clicking on the exact same pixel everytime, the pixel at x/y coord removes itself to another coord on the rock after a certain time. I used autoit for testing that. sometimes it appears a very short lag and missclicked (yellowvross) instead for red.
Can this relate to anything that comes to bans? https://careers-jagex.icims.com/jobs/1585/player-support-anti-cheating-specialist/job?mobile=false&width=1024&height=500&bga=true&needsRedirect=false&jan1offset=60&jun1offset=120
the problem is that jagex themselves can go on this site and examine all features which the bot have. maybe preventing them from visit this site in the future ?

Have a look under Suspicious Indicators.
the thing is like this, The bot have a repetitive behavior so it isnt hard to figure it out. also the behavior of the bot should be randomized, but i don't think its possible. ?
The time of break taken and clicks may be randomized but not behavior
