Just explain what happened and the situation you were in. Every little detail can help, so try to be specific about what the situation was.

I don't know if anyone else said it - didn't read above - but it basically does random actions such as moving the camera or changing tabs or looking at items, just typical random stuff you normally do while waiting for something to happen (wcing anf waiting for inv to fill, for example). What this does it make it seem like you're a human rather than a bot so we can try to trick/fool the Jagex bot detection system into believing that were human and not a bot. Just a safety precaution added into scripts.
