For the past month, i've been seeing people buying gold, making services, and doing other things market wise and most of them either chargedbacked or ending up scamming somebody. I feel like there should be a requirement for marketing. On another site (p-bot), there is a 100 post count + Account must have been created for 30 days requirement before opening any shops or services. There should be more requirements to reduce the amount of scams + leechers. Feel free to post what you think is best.
