you're assuming that's every order when it's not. if you would approve my previous posts, 99.9% of the time, the customers pay the quoted prices. My workers acknowleges this that they agree and are happy in terms of getting paid for that they quoted, (I'll have workers post on their behalf as well) . Either way mald, Mac got paid for the full order . The additional money received from the customer. And that was the end of it. And he still owes me for commission for the customers he stole from me soooooooo...

All in all, Mac stole my customers. Broke my terms of service. Stole commission from me because he didn't notify me of doing orders without adding me into group chat and holding the money and taking commission. Stole commission money + customer = kicked. Also, for the "2m on top" I paid him because he was getting butthurt about it. So i didn't "do him dirty" . Either way, I didn't scam mac. And all my workers currently knows what I does so it shouldn't be a problem.

And plus. 99.9% of the time, I don't overcharge because I negotiate with customers with their lowest price that they want to do and me and my team handles it. and if I did price a bit more, its never over 5m+. Always a small number. Workers' acknowledged my tos and have talked with me through skype of how I run things. You get paid for what you want. And it's not my fault for anything.

soo let me ask how it's my fault? A customer wants an order quoted. I give out the order to see what workers want for it. A worker quotes 10m best offer a customer is willing to pay 11-12m. The worker gets the order , completes it and is than paid for what he quoted and wanted for the order. How am I the bad one in this situation? How is it my fault? You get paid what you wanted and it's my fault? UNDERSTAND IT. UNDERSTAND THIS. I'm done explaining this now. Wasting my time..

I also have the right to run the service how I want, be disrespectful to how I run it, than you get kicked no questions asked. Check worker applications thread as well. You get what you quote. not to be rude but, do you know how a business runs? It's not a tip. It's charging someone a bit extra. The worker still receives 100% of what they quoted for the order and gets commission taken out of. They most likely have really good computer specs and subnets and other things. Prevents less bans. have suppliers makes accounts. have thousands of accounts running each day and etc. They SPENT A TON OF MONEY to make money. just how it is. like an entrepeneur life
