See, you can send money to your bank account instantly per se. But once your bank gets it, its basically like "yo, is this money even legit? Let me check it out." Therefore, it takes 3-5 days (sometimes even 2) for the money to actually be usable to your disposal. This is because online currency is tricky and can easily be duped. Vise versa, if your sending money from your bank to your Paypal, its truly instantly. If you have a legitimate bank (which is 100% of the case) - Paypal will automatically recognize that the money is real and use your money instantly to your disposal. Now, the receiver of the money may not get it instantly, due to Paypal restrictions - How long you had your account, location in the world, ect. But for the most part its instantly. Are you 100% sure its usable? It can pop in your statements, but it'll have to be cleared before you can use it.

Don't listen when people say iPhones are junk. It's personal preference. I like it because of the simplicity, and a majority of people have it around where I live so we can do the same shit like iMessage. Android is cool in customization and all, but I don't like the platform. Returning to your question, make sure it's unlocked internationally. Unless your using a prepaid carrier, Im pretty sure it'll work, but I have no experience using it out of the country. iPhones are iPhones, I doubt they have a certain iPhone for every damn country.
