I would suggest NMZ MTD quests for leveling up. If you have 45 def+ you can use absorption method with rockcake. If you have like 1 def, you must use prayer method with 43+ pray. You always bring overloads and change to pray pots/ absorption pots depending on your stats.

No offense. But did you just copy and paste the quest prices and list from @javidamme? You might want to at least capitalized "members" under Quests to add some originality. Good luck in your service anyway.
