Yeh unfortunately even though you have the teleport next to bank unlocked, it's still a tedious process & the exp difference is only increased by like 8-10k per hour

Mirror mode all the way. As Bobby posted above, definitely affects your exp/ph. But I'd rather get reduced xp rates for a safer method.
