Well I was neither messaged individually or mentioned in the discord that since shoppee was a recent trial worker and had gone rogue and this is literally all hope did was ban the individual. Without addressing any collateral damage done to his customers me being included. Hope didn't tell anyone one of his workers was a scammer that he hoped everyone would forget and there was no announcement on the discord server such as "@everyone shoppee has been banned for scamming please do not trade with him he is no longer a worker of our service" After I checked there was only one of his mods mentioning ban him to hope and then he would ban him completely ignoring the amount of the people already scammed by shoppee and essentially trying to hide this fact. This then created an environment for shoppee to scam me. There is also the fact that hope archives and his tickets and doesn't delete them even though my first order was completed as you can see in the first screenshots means that shoppee was able to identify me and probably others are potential targets since he had already completed orders for them previously. There was also a record in my order history that the person contacting me was a worker.

Disputed Member: Hope Thread Link: Explanation: I had basically had a service completed at the time by a trial worker named Shoppee whom had completed a MA2 cape for me on another account hope had also not removed him from the ticket until a while after so he still was able to scout potential victims me being one of them in this case and any other tickets he was affiliated with. I had then been pmed by Shoppee (Unaware at all that he had been scamming or even was banned from the server) and he asked me if I need any more MA2 done on any other accounts. I was led to believe a ex-worker was still part of their service As he still had function to my ticket. And due to him having access to my contact, I was under the impression of him being safe to work with, which then he decided to do X-damage and such which I did not expect (such as getting me 2 defence on my ags pure which was fully quested and dropping my firecape which I paid 20m to get at the time. After this unfortunate event, and upon asking the owners of the service I was basically bad mouthed and disrespected. Normally the owner of the service would add the worker to the ticket, with his lack of security he allowed a ex worker to still have access to the ticket and scam me in the process and also ruining my account after I paid alot of services for approx 45m mith gloves, avas line, nmz line and a bunch of other pure quests which is the most im annoyed about. In the ticket system, the tickets are only accessed by owners, administrators and workers hope adds to the ticket. This is only 2-3 days prior to of getting scammed.

hey czaar thanks for the response there is a problem however, once the bot runs out of food it exits the stronghold no problem then it like freezes outside after 1 minimap i manually like paused it restarted now its running to the bank. what do you think the problem is?
