I've had xbox one for a few months now - barely played it. (no platform / console / or game comparisons/rants please)
I'm not very tech literate to be fair, what's the point in having live t.v play through the xbox one as opposed to just watching it normally without the xbox? The only difference as far as I have researched is it's a different layout for the t.v menu, and you can see which shows are trending on t.v.
There are other irrelevant options that let you use voice activated commands with the kinect which is irrelevant since I do not own a kinect nor do I ever plan on getting one, just seems lazy when you could use the standard xbox controller to change channels.
The research I had done is typically outdated from old threads on google
I'm getting the impression it's not worth paying £25 for the adapter and should just watch the t.v using the standard t.v.
Does anyone currently or has used it in the past? If so, was there anything I missed, and from your opinion was it worth it?
