Most people use Maxthon browser to use their SOCKS proxies with, as it has good proxy support. You just go into the settings, and enter your proxy information. The link above is to version 4 of Maxthon. The latest version, 5, no longer supports Java.

I'd open to doing this, but budget is a bit small. Web Developers (in USA) should be paid around $25/hr+. As said above, may cost more than this to get even a decent site setup. First need to get a domain name and hosting. Then set up environment depending on what the site is made in. Then site design and look needs to be figured out. Then development of site, integrating checkout, adjustments and tweaks to keep it to your liking. This process takes multiple hours and dedication based on experience, if you want a decent product, may need to raise budget some.

Does it load properly when you try without the proxy? You should contact your proxy provider to see if there is an issue with the proxy.

Everyone learns at a difference pace. OSBot scripts are written in Java. Luckily, there are lots of great resources and tutorials for programming online! Do a search for for 'Java tutorials' and that would be a great place to start. Will be lots of free text/video guides, some paid resources, and plenty of books. Start by getting the hang of basic syntax, data structures, and objected oriented principles. After that you should be good to dive into the OSBot API and check out any open source scripts available here at OSBot. Then you're good to start making your own scripts! Good luck!

Bot farming is extremely competitive, very few people are keen on sharing anything too special about their success. Start small, experiment, trial & error, see what works for you. Get more "reckless" over time, and get away with as much as you can. Everyone finds their own preferred methods and techniques after practice. There's plenty of scripts available, check out their threads and see which seem to be doing well for people, and try them out. If you are running multiple accounts, it's recommended to use proxies to split your accounts over multiple IP addresses, you can learn more about that here. Jagex has stepped their anti-botting game up a lot since the "glory days" of the early 2000s, but lots of people are still able to successfully farm with enough practice. GL, Happy Botting.
