You said create, do tut, and level on your home IP. If all the accounts have been on your home IP, then they can be linked, and chainbanned. Proper way to use a proxy is from account creation to account ban.

VPNs typically assign you a random IP address from their pool of IPs.Each time you use it, you may get a different IP address, which may look suspicious, and even lead to a locked/suspected as stolen account. If you're just botting 1 or 2 accounts, maybe you can get away with using a VPN, and choosing same location each time.Usually you want a dedicated SOCKS proxy, so your IP doesn't keep changing.

It comes setup to bot for you. You just login, and the bots are in a folder on the desktop. Not much to it.
