I'm using rock cake + rapid heal flicking. Generally last for 4 hours. With 80 defence I last up to 5,5 hours.

Either use full obsidian, including ring/necklace for the accuracy bonus. Or go with the current setup, could change the D Legs with tassets once you're 65 defence. I usually bring 9 Overloads and 19 Absorptions, don't use a spec weapon.

Assuming it has Regicide done I'd say 40-50M, getting Void, Cape, Range levels would obviously raise the price.
