I've placed @Marwan44 in TWC and warned him of this dispute. It's bit ridiculous that @Marwan44 thought he could just outsource to a Sythe servicer without permission from the account owner and service owner.

Locks and bans are pretty separate from my experience; locks are usually indicative of jumps to flagged or far-away IPs while bans are linked to botting (possibly extremely flagged IPs). I will consult with another staff member before making a decision.

You can use the -mem flag from CLI to control OSBot's maximum memory usage, I usually run about 512MB

Definitely, do some research about the basic of Objects in Object Oriented Programming, Classes, Inheritance, and methods/variables.

NPC is the object type, getNpcs() returns the Npcs class which you use to find it. Think of it like this, you use the Npcs class to find it (cause there's more than one NPC), then store it as an NPC.
