If someone makes a claim that what they received isn't what was said it was or for say the account they bought gets 'recovered', then Playerauctions will protect the buyer over the seller. PA allow buyers to use the option for moneyback guarantee, this requires to pay an additional $5/6.99 on top of the total amount for what's being purchased. + the transaction happens through their system, hence why it shows as PA in the dispute

VERY minimal in my opinion. I have 4 mules ranging of all different builds that I use to xfer gold and to buy/sell, and only one has received a RWT related ban in the 2+ years I've done it. Just add some random junk items to the trade, and you're okay.

They've both recovered the account numerous times and it's been accepted, therefore the 'hacker' obviously has specific details that the OO also knows to recover the account. Normally, a hacker will only have the login details hence why people who claim to or have been hacked only get hacked once. Again, they will most likely not buy into it and call it a 'heavily contested account'. Sure, it's worth a try but I'm giving a pre-caution to the OP to expect the worst.

At this point it is irrelevant who the original or 'real' owner is. He obviously has the details as he said himself that he's recovered it multiple times, but it's easy for Jagex to assume that because of all these recoveries that he might have attempted to sell the account (RWT), therefore resulting in a permanent ban or lock on the account. It's common sense really.

Powermining iron from 60 is around 45-50k xp p/h 60-90 is approximately 3m xp so the completion time would take around 60 hours excluding missing a bunch of game ticks etc. I don't know who on earth would slave 60+ hours of mining for 30m... especially as it'll be so click intensive. You're better off just purchasing a MLM script and using that IMO

They will most likely just ban or lock the account permanently. Because you've both recovered the account on numerous occasions, they'll investigate that and say that it's a 'heavily contested account, continually changing hands' which in other words would be the assumption of breaking the rule of Real World Trade
