Added in v1.10. "Wait for loot to spawn" renamed to "Only loot my kill" When ticked, it will wait for your loot to spawn and only loot your kill.

Are you ticking prioritize loot or wait for loot to spawn? Else it will only loot when not in combat. If the main thing you want is loot, then tick prioritize loot
