Agreed that it has very high ban rates, but its one of the best money making methods, so a private script would help reduce the ban rate. I have made some nice profits in past via flax spinning hence I like it, and support it

I'd say 75M lowest, and if you try, you can go like 100M+ or so

I'd say like 250M - 300M since its ready for anything, and then adding onto the skills, quests, untradables and more, it can be sold for a good price.

Flax picking, Plank making, and some other methods can be found via google. Usually the few mills/hr methods have very high requirements XD

Flax spinning is good, try getting a good private script perhaps. Else you can easily google for afk-able methods for money making
