All third party software's are risky. But I used auto clicker quite some, even ghost mouse is reliable. I haven't been banned using them, so call it my luck, or you dont get banned.

I guess like 75-80M, but with no feedbacks, I don't think you'll be able to sell the account for a good price, also you need 100 post count to sell accounts, thats mandatory. ;)
