A Requirement to sell the vouchers on the forums. And if people decide to source a voucher code from somebody who doesn't meet the requirements then they won't get any support in the case. This would make people want to buy codes from the trusted/people with the requirement to sell if paying with RSGP to prevent charge back scams but also allow people to buy vouchers for themselves if they want to use PayPal.

it wouldn't affect you buying them. It would only affect the people who sell them

buying voucher first or not doesn't mean anything. if you decide to scam quit in future and you decide to charge back all them payments, they get revoked from the people you sold to. This thread isn't solely directed at you so please don't take it to heart. It's just something that has happened before and will more than likely happen in future if people decide to do it again.

If i remember correctly I recall seeing one of the mods saying if you buy a voucher from somebody, and the person who sold it to you charges back, you will lose the amount of the voucher. Now to me, it's normally well if you deal with somebody un-reputable you run the risk of that, but tbh that shouldn't be how it is. There should be a minimum requirement to sell vouchers, such as; Certain time frame of being a member. 1-3 months Certain amount of reputation or even a post count rule(although I think the 100 PC for acc rule is meh)

It's basically your account getting deleted for breaking game rules, whether that be botting or not. hopefully your ticket gets it unbanned but maybe it won't good luck on next account
