110% was most likely a chain ban. -
You need GP for it to buy supplies. I'd recommend 400-500k + depending on the amount of quests.

The whole weekend. Jagex is out of the office but they still do have their automated anti ban up. I usually bot 12-16 hours on the weekend though and haven't been banned yet. -
