He was ignoring me on skype so I found him on the chatbox. Told him to check his skype which he did with a short reply then leaving me again. If more proof needed I can give more.

I had already skyped Illiniguy and posted before the dispute ;). @Mio Illini agreed to take Paypal for refund. Waiting for Jordan to confirm it.
I can supply with a payment for the scammed money the explaination can be found in my feedback. And I would like to have the rest spend on refunding other scammed victims. I am doing this because I recently got scammed myself. So i'm hoping this is allowed and that a mod could hold the money.
