you don't get randoms in certain area's in pvp worlds like i went to a random house and started alching - i got a random i went to monks to train my defence pure - i got 0 randoms, also banks im pretty sure are all random free. it really depends on location. the reasoning for removing randoms in pvp world is so fights don't get interrupted and no 1 is gonna fight in a random house in a pvp world.

i see no problem with adding cool new cosmetic items that don't effect exp rates or pking in anyway. for the people who have too much cash and nothing to spend it on.
