think it's literally, pick the quests you want, e.g. lunar/heroes etc, choose your def xp quests, then just do others that dont give def xp? Usuallly what i do is go down a quest list in QP reward order and choose which ones i can do and which i cant do.

Just wanted to put this dispute in against vogue incase he tries to return to the site. I bought an account for 75m from him -> did a bit of levelling and some quests -> got firecape etc, resold offsite for 140m.
