How come? do they monitor accounts that has been banned before?

wtf, it says 32 hours, although I got banned early this morning and it was a 1 day ban?

So if it was a 1 day ban, early this morning, I might be able to play before tomorrow morning?

When are unbans usually handled? as in which time of the day, if you get a 1 day ban, do you get unbanned at 00:00 or the exact time u were banned next day?
