I used to be able to reply, and a friend of mine doesn't have all the topics locked. I'm just wondering if its only me and why.

When i click on the link, it says I don't have permission. But when i go down to requests i can start a topic. And i thought it only affected starting accounts, but not replies as well.

When i am in the account section, it shows every post is locked and I can't reply to any topics saying i want to buy the account.
