  10. I'll kindly take the ban until I have this resolved, I understand it's just a precaution. I should have this all sorted within the week. I apologise about the situation and appreciate the cooperation between the staff team to come to a decision so quickly. I have spoke to gousch and told him I'll have it sorted within the week and should speak to him on a daily basis if possible.
  11. I'll refund him as soon as I am available too, under the circumstances i was straight with him and told him the situation. I still had 3 weeks tocomplete this service but because of the circumstances I don't think I could forfill the full order. If I can I will try and get someone to refund on my behalf until I can refund him otherwise it'll be a few days for me to refund.
  12. Obivously he said that he had paid 150m which he had paid 145m which comes to like 13gp\xp which then calculates to a 120m refund. I do want this resolved ASAP and I was beings truthful with him although there's like 3-4 weeks available to finish this service but with the recent encounters I have received I would have preffered to refund. I have rarely been on my computer lately and I explained the situation to him anyway

I've been out and already saidnill refund as soon as possible the dispute wasn't necessary but obviously it's a precaruon he wants to go by obviously with the situation in hand I want this resolved ASAP and if he had given me time to actually speak then that wouldn't have been a problem. I apologise for the position I have put you in and will get this resolved as soon as I can

Considering it's partially your fault about this and I know you're in the same situation I am but you should have checked or even knew about this, when selling accounts it's your responsibility to look into all this so you know who in fact is the original owner. You gave false information on the topic making me get false security on buying this account
  18. Alright, I apologise for the layout of the dispute and understand it's hard to keep track on. I mean it's just confusing for me as I've been falsely fed information to which made me purchase the account. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew about all this but I seen that @tranzystor3 posted on the topic claiming @Viliuss was the original owner

Even if it was edited this should still be further looked into as I don't know who is the original owner then as @tranzystor3even posted claiming he had sold the account to @Carti the only reason I had purchased this account was due to the misleading information which was given to me saying either @Vilius or @tranzystor3 was the original owner
  20. I asked @Vilius if he was original owner to which he denied being original owner as I sent him the Email Login to which it wasn't in his database he said.

This then means Tranz bought it with an unregistered email and registered an email onto the account @Carti Thread Link: Explanation: Although this account wasn't bought through this topic it was first noticed on this topic. I had planned on buying this account from @Carti after contacting him multiple times on skype. I had bought this account from @coolkidson I offered @coolkidson 30m to buy this account as I noticed he wanted to get rid of it, he agreed to 30m. I had bought the account for 30m from @coolkidson and he asked for a PM to which he replied I believe so I will report the PM. I mean I additionally had like 4-5m on the account but I have no pictures to prove that so I wont argue about it Sorry about tagging multiple people in this dispute as I honestly don't know who's responsible for the account which has been sold on multiple times.
