He didn't really alter anything. He asked you, and you agreed to it. If you didn't want him using bolt racks, you could've just said no when he asked to use a karils bow at level 70. As for the feedback, after skimming through all the proggies provided. He only failed to provide a proggy once, and that was because he was asleep. The other time he replied saying he had just logged out and if you wanted a proggy, he'd log back in, to which you ignored. As for your suspicion on him botting, i wouldn't say so myself. It took him his "latest" deadline to complete it, i think a botter would complete it a bit faster. Feedback removed.
