Sadly, that user has been banned for scamming. However, due to how the account market operates, @emelie will be responsible for your refund.
I've placed the user in TWC and asked them to respond here. They have 24 hours to do so.
Its manly down to under cutters. If i say 15m, and then person B comes in, offers 14m, then person C comes in, offers 13m. However if you contact each of them individually asking for a price, they're not going to base their price on being lower than somebody else.

I have removed all the irrelevant posts on this thread. However, i will state that even if you do provide all the information you say you will provide, that doesn't mean it isn't guaranteed to not be recovered. The original oowner can always recover an account they made.

@Kim Just posted proof of purchase. As for the refund, we'll wait till @Jesuittiger619 can provide proof of the common password he claims gengar uses and how he got it.

I wouldn't believe the whole "My stuff got leaked" story because this seems like the only dispute you've got against you. So you have a lot of explaining to do. Also, @Jesuittiger619 can you post proof of buying the account from @Kim and how much you paid for it?
@Andreasth can you please post proof of him botting on your account and getting it banned?
