I had that problem once too, i went to school in my swimming clothes and when i got home i jumped in the pool. I was like 11 or 12 back than and had an old samsung flip phone haha. Is it possible that your PayPal has been hacked somehow? I see that you've been billed twice this month, but as far as i know it's a monthly thing right? Change the password of your PayPal and ask a Mod+ if they could check to which accounts the VIP has gone.
