How old is the equipment you have in your computer? I see that you use a 60GB SSD, this was much like 5 years ago, but when i used my 120GB SSD last time it sucked. I bought a 240GB SSD now.

Try to upgrade your processor if possbile. This'll probably fix your problem.

Not saying it's not good enough, but it is possible that the equipment that you have is outdated. I also mentioned that you've opened a lot of the clients. This could cause the problem too. I hope it'll help you out.

Like said above, i think it'll be fixed when you don't open so much things at once. Also, you might want to upgrade your computer a little bit.
