A few weeks ago I started botting and got a 2 days ban, so I stopped botting on that acc. Some days later I made a new acc and started botting on that one and today i got Perm ban on it. Does this mean that im "flagged" now? What should I do? Any chance for me keep botting without getting perm banned immediately in the future?

I started with 4m, currently at 12m. So with your 8m you will be good m8! But it's a long process, so have patience ;)
