Since you can boost +5 with stew and +3 with saw, I do feel this is a bit overpowered. You're able to get nearly all content with 83 construction, which is less than half the actual requirement. Edit: Glad you actually need to bank during PvM, this makes Cwars portal/Nardah tp not useless.

OT: Botting is never safe, especially when your account has been banned recently (be glad it wasn't a perm first place). My advice, if the account is worth something to you, keep it and keep the botting on the downlow. Otherwise sell it.
