From a business stand point there isn't a reason to shit it down, if for some reason 07 became more popular than the "Live" game then someones personal grudge gets involved I can see it being closed. But as long as there is new content, changes then more and more players will come. There is a large community out there that wont play due to the fact that there isn't really anything feasible to pvm, If Jagex were to incorporate more bosses and allocate more workers and think of 07 as Rs instead of 07 then It will be successful.
