Full zammy book yes. Monkey madness has been complete for several months just I have not worn the 10th sigil to defeat the demon thus I am still able to chin / burst skeletons at ape atoll. most pures make the mistake of finishing monkey madness as one of their first achievements on their pure. Ahh yea :P, It was kinda confusing haha.

The difference between them is a few MHz and the eVGA card will certainly run at the same speeds as the MSI. there are very little difference at all. Personally, of the two, I'd buy eVGA rather than MSI.
