I agree with this completely. People that have scammed once are probably going to scam again regardless of their status on the site.

Your own home IP is always the safest to bot on as long as you haven't been banned on it multiple times. If you plan to just bot an account or two and your home IP is clean, then I would just stick with what is safe. Like others have said, if you plan to run a big bot farm then proxies and a vpn may be necessary.

In relation to your OP, I think a contract could work with retention. Another interesting idea I would try out is paying them some of the buy-in back based on number of orders completed. This would give them an incentive to keep grinding out as many orders as possible. This allows workers to work towards a goal and possibly once they earn their buy-in back, you can add other incentives towards continual order completion.

20-30m is a very high buy-in. If you want people who are actually good at services to join you as a worker, then you will need some type of guarantee of consistent jobs every day or large orders with a high payout. Hiring a lot of people is not always a good thing unless you believe you will have enough work every day to pass around among everyone. Go for quality over quantity

This is possibly the easiest members quest there is. If you know the quest, it should never take you longer than 10-15 minutes.

Use an actual service for this. People always offer to do obby mauler training for dirt cheap prices because they've never actually trained an obby mauler, but they realize how much of a grind it is to do legit then either scam or just end the order. I've seen it happen many times and hate to see people take an offer they think is good only to be left unsatisfied a day or two later.

It was on an obby mauler that I was also pking on while training so I cannot tell the exact numbers. I ended up with 79 strength when it was all over but I believe the exact xp numbers are around 950k str/agility xp for 99 fishing all at barb.

PS4 is fun but the games that have been released are a huge disappointment so far. I've never played on the Xbox 1 so I cannot comment on that.

I botted 1-99 fishing using PerfectFisher from czar in about 2 months via barbarian fishing. My only advice would be to check in on it every so often and do some quests/skilling for an hour or so every few days. I did most of the botting on the normal client as well, because mirror seemed to slow the xp rates p/h down by around 8-10k for me. Botting 99s on the normal client can be done
