Just do it, it most likely won't get you banned aslong as you pick a decent spot. Don't use your house, randoms will fuck you up.

This whole wine thing reminds me of bounty hunter times with brawling gloves doing this wine method stalling the exp drops or whatever. Just use a fucking autoclicker, good ol' Gary in the hood got me plenty of exp over the years on various accounts during various periods of the game such as bot nuke and still today when they are going hard on bots on 07 and I've never been banned for it.

It's possible, 100%. I've never actually unbanned any accounts myself but I used to contact JaGeX quite often and am very sure it's possible to get your account back speaking to them. On what you should say, I have no clue.
