Can I trial it before I buy it?

I have the required agility and it still will walk all the way around unfortunately. Thanks for the response to be exact, the bot will leave from the mining area and will use the shortcut but will take the long way to get back.

Is it possible to make the west Falador mine agility shortcut get used instead of walking all the way around everytime?

Does this dismiss random events?
