the lad promised me he'd do 85-89 powerlevel legit in under 2 days if I paid him the right amount. IMO that is unbelieveable and outrageous lol if he can do it.

Yes. It also manages to only download 21 MB out of 499. It just stops there, idk if that's playing a role?

82-84 powerlevel on me obby mauler? - Legit by HAND training ONLY.

Need someone to powerlevel my obby mauler from 82 to 84. It's less than 400k xp as i've trained a bit on the current str level. It shouldn't take long and I will be demanding this to be done by HAND/LEGIT. Means if the account gets any infraction of macroing related, you will refund me.
