Yes, I miss it dearly. I've since had to move in to take care of my grandmother who is 90 years old and can't do a lot for her self and I don't have much room in my bedroom. Therefor I sit on my bed and play. Sucks so much. But nothing feels better than knowing I am keeping my grandma happy and out of a nursing home!

I need to get myself one.. Here is my old set up. Annnnnnd now I play from my bed.. no back support, so uncomfortable. RIP

Good luck man, putting mass on your legs is hard to do. I do that every week sometimes twice and I just can't get mass on my legs Legs are much stronger just can't get bigger!

Squat, squuuaat, SQUUUAAAAT! But really depends what you want. Power? Fast twitch muscle? Speed? Strength and size? There are so many workouts for legs. So what exactly are you looking for? My usual leg day routine is: Squats Dead lifts Calf raises/over head barbell squat (that's just what I call it) then calf raises in squat stance. <--- Super set those. Ham string curls Standing calf raises. Quad extension. Sometimes throw leg press in. Usually pyramid those.

I use to do this in class I would literally go through a whole school day just reading stuff about Area 51 haha.
