From personal experience, 1. I don't use proxy, all botting done on home ip. Ip is static. If I really have to use proxy, it is to prevent mule chain ban. 2. Your proxy may be private/premium. Means used by you but could also mean be re-used by someone else previously. Ip are all recycled. Hence, time to switch when you are banned fast. 3. Bans are pretty intensive these days. Banwaves happens occasionally in f2p.

I have a script that does a lot of world hopping too. Running 24/7 for the past 2 weeks. During log out phase, you can use a random timeout before logging in. Helps with bans I guess.

So to avoid such issues, upgrade the ram.

Just so you know, the icu team will investigate when players get reported. Accounts that get banned either flagged by the system for macros or through player reports. If you bot some weird method and not get reported, you have a pretty good survival chance.

Get a perm ban via another ip then get it squashed. Cause getting 2 day squashed isn't worth imo.

This is called wild goose chase. They do random bans to prevent you from finding out what actually went wrong.
