Prevent chain bans, use proxies. As for normal botting, highly suggested to use premium/private scripts, greatly decreases bans compared to free ones. As for mirror, i don't think it helps much. As far as I know, breaks seem important to me.

If you were to upgrade the cpu, go for i5-6600 instead. Recommend to get 2x4gb ram over a 1x8gb ram Go with rx 480 instead. It outperforms r9 380 anyday. The rest is fine.

It would be a decent, budget build. But with current systems, there's no need for a 750w psu.

Yes, easy even for pc novice. If you check out various youtube guides, they are explained in great detail. Built is about $500, you can go ahead with rx480 or even the 1060. However with such tight budget, I do not recommend 1060 (might require a 'Atx board' and a better psu or a larger casing) which in turn might be more than $750.
