There is always a risk of being banned, sadly. But yea, if you bot for 2 hours a day, then it's pretty much not the time you get banned for, but the script or thing you are doing =)

Hello! To be honest, fishing doesn't make you a lot of profit, there are a lot methods which gives 5-10 times more profit per hour than fishing. However to reach that profit, you might need some higher skills =)

I would NOT bot overnight, and NEVER ever yews. Yews have a way to high ban rate, and you can make like 10 times more money in 1 hour with other methods.
